This wine originates from the Loire Valley and the team at Hemingway’s believes it’s the finest sparkling wine from France that was created outside of Champagne. The combination of the Chenin Blanc grape and Chardonnay grape give this wine a wonderful clean, crisp character. Pale gold in colour, it shows fullness of flavour, finesse and elegance. It has persistence in bubbles and aftertaste – the palate is baked apple honeysuckle and quince.
