Sandihurst-2007-Pinot-Noir-.jpgThis beautiful Central Otago Pinot Noir won a gold medal at the 2009 international Wine Challenge in the United Kingdom. It presents a strong red berry fruit aromas with a hint of wild mushroom, spice and thyme.

The palate is well balanced with integrated toasty oak characters and a fine tannin structure. This lovely drop can be enjoyed now however, like all fine wines; it will improve with age and can be saved for a rainy day.

Available from: Sandihurst Winery Cellar Door in West Melton or www.sandihurstwines.co.nz as well as from selected retailers and restaurants in and around Christchurch.
